Fremont County Fair and Rodeo Queen |
| Shelly Whitlock is the nineteen year
old daughter of Bob and Judy Whitlock, ranchers along the Sweetwater
River and Beaver Creek. She loves to ride, move cows, cook, sew and
photograph everything. She attends college at Central Wyoming College
with plans to graduate in the spring. She enjoys here job at G Bar
G Veterinary where she has learned a great deal.....about animal medicine.
Shelly looks forward to an exciting year as the Fremont County Fair
& Rodeo Queen! |

Sherrae Lawrence

| Scherrae is the
fourteen year old daughter of Charlie and Larissa Lawrence, and the
sister of Tyrell Lawrence. She is a Freshman at Shoshoni High School
where she is a member of the Shoshoni FFA. She also belongs to the
Wrangler 4-H club. Scherrae enjoys running barrels and poles on her
horse, Sugar. Scherrae is delighted to be the 2008 Fremont County
Fair & Rodeo Jr. Queen. |

Devon Burrell » 2008

| Devon is the twelve year old daughter
of Shannon Burrell. She is in the seventh grade at the Riverton Middle
School. Devon is active in the Arapahoe 81/2 4-H club and takes a
variety of projects like sewing, pigs, horses, sheep and dogs. In
her free time Devon enjoys riding her two horses Kachina and Jo, and
drawing pictures of animals. She also sews for fun and hangs out with
her friends on the weekends. |

Todd Peter » 2008
Fremont County Fair and Rodeo Ambassador

| Todd is the seventeen
year old son of Dave and Dalynn Peter. He grew up on the family ranch
near Lander with his grandpa, the late Bill Bates. Todd attends Lander
Valley High School where he is a Junior. After high school he plans
to attend Central Wyoming College to study Equine Science. Todd especially
enjoys team roping, training colts in his spare time, and day riding
for people that need help. He was encouraged to run for ambassador
by his sisters Tara, and the late Kasie Peter. He is a member of the
Wyoming High School Rodeo Association and the Lander Valley High School
FFA chapter. Todd hopes that everyone has a fun and exciting fair
this year with "Barn in the USA." |
